DESCRIPTION
OSI® GreenSeries™ Drywall & Panel Construction Adhesive (VOC level < 3 g/L [1%]) is a high-performance, latex-based construction adhesive designed for drywall applications and fabricating shear-wall rated assemblies. Offering fast strength development with high shear strength values, this adhesive is non-flammable, environmentally friendly and VOC compliant for all interior and in-plant construction use. This product is also well suited for many other interior construction projects where high bond-strength is needed. It is available in 28-fluid ounce cartridges.

USES
Drywall & Panel Construction Adhesive is best suited for bonding drywall to wood or metal framing. Also works well for adhering foamboard, decorative paneling, and other types of panels to wood furring strips, concrete walls or drywall. Product can be used in most interior remodeling or repair projects. Bonds to drywall, paneling, all types of wood trim, plywood, hardboard, OSB, countertops and similar materials. Can be used for recreational and prefab modular manufacturing.
LIMITATIONS
• Do not use below 40° F (5°C).
• Not recommended for use on mirrors or underwater applications.
• Do not use outdoors if rain is expected in 24hours.

STORAGE
Store in cool, dry location at room temperature. 12 month shelf life, unopened. KEEP FROM FREEZING.

APPLICATION PROCEDURES
All surfaces must be clean and free of dust, dirt, oil, film, snow, ice, standing water and other foreign substances. Concrete or block walls must be well cured, dry and free of release agents.
Special note: Actual cure times may vary depending upon ambient conditions at the time of application.
General Construction Use
Pre-cut and refit materials should be glued together within 15 – 20 minutes after adhesive application. If work is delayed, remove excess adhesive and begin again.
Paneling and Foamboard Panels
Apply continuous beads of adhesive to studs or furring strips. For wall surfaces, prepare surface and apply continuous parallel beads 12-16 inches O.C. Position panel and press firmly in place. Use finishing nails or mechanical fasteners along top and bottom edges to hold panels in place. Temporary blocking of panels may be necessary until adhesive sets or if panels show evidence of warping.
Drywall
Apply adhesive in same manner as for paneling. Permanent mechanical fasteners are required 16 inches O.C. around perimeter of panels. Field fasteners may be required if gypsum board shows evidence of warping. NOTE: Field fasteners are required 24 inches O.C. for all ceiling applications in addition to perimeter fasteners when using adhesives. For Manufactured Housing applications, follow prescribed fabrication procedure and fastening schedules outlined in the respective manuals according to ASTM E72 specifications.
CAUTION! CONTAINS ETHYLENE GLYCOL and crystalline silica. Avoid eye contact. Do not take internally. If swallowed, may cause abdominal discomfort. Use with adequate ventilation. Refer to MSDS.

FIRST AID
Eye Contact: In case of eye contact, flush with clean water for at least 20 minutes. Skin Contact: Wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Seek medical attention.
